It's easy! When you buy by Internet, or want to send a package to one of our destinies in Latin America, you simply have to send it to our address, indicating your name and your phone number as the receiver of the package.
En el momento de hacer el envio o preferiblemente antes, es aconsejable que Ud. se registre en la página de We CARGO SOLUTION® o bien se comunique con nosotros vía teléfonica o por e-mail para indicarnos sus datos. Es con esta información que nosotros podremos comunicarnos con Ud. para confirmar el envio, y posteriormente notificarle en el momento que su carga llegue a destino.
Una vez que su carga es recibida en nuestros almacenes en Miami y Ud. ha confirmado el envio de la misma, sus cargas se encuentran en tránsito, lo cual significa que están listos para ser enviados a Venezuela.
Posteriormente en el momento en que llegan a la ciudad de destino, Ud. es contactado nuevamente por We CARGO SOLUTION® a fin de notificarle que cargas suya tiene en nuestras oficinas. Si Ud. ha contratado nuestro Servicio Expreso ¡podrá recibir su mercancía directamente en su casa u oficina!

Please write your name as the receiver of the package, exactly as you like it to appear in our system. If you are sending several boxes or packages, make sure they all have the same name (yours, or any other name you wish to use) and similary written.
What happens when a package is received in Miami for me?
When one or several packages are received with your name on it in our Miami office, We CARGO SOLUTION® will contact you through the phone number you put during registration. In that call you will be informed about dimensions and weight of received freight, and you will be asked for your confirmation to send them to Venezuela.
If you are registered in our system, you will receive an email to the email address you put during registration, telling you the number of packages received and its dimensions and weights.
How long does it takes for a package to arrive its destination?
It depends on the type of service you request (by air or by sea), and on the characteristics of the freight. We CARGO SOLUTION® will suggest you the best method for each case.
What happens when my packages arrive to Venezuela?
When a package for you arrives to Venezuela We CARGO SOLUTION® will notify you by telephone. You can either go to our offices to pick the package, or receive it directly door-to-door, in case you are using our Express Service.
How are transportation costs estimated?
We CARGO SOLUTION® charges its customers depending on dimensions and weight of the packages they send. This is the same method used by all transportation companies around the world.
How can I pay for the service?
You can pay either in US$ or VEB (BsF), depending on your disponibility. Payments make effect in our offices, or by money order, or even you can pay using your favorite credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, Diners Club®, Discovery®, etc.)
Should I pay for customs fees or import taxes?
That depends on the type of products you want to send, and its declared price. We CARGO SOLUTION® offers you consulting services for that means.
